The Tree that Fell

We didn't get a picture of it soon enough but there was a tree on Young street between the Mayors house and the Cox's. Right in front of what use to be the bright green house that the Adams family lived in at one time....anyway.
With the thaw and all the rain it started tipping across the road. Saturday they asked if I could cut it down. On Sunday morning it had fallen across the road and the city moved it.
So Monday night after work I turned it into firewood. Here is the hole it left. and the pile of wood I got out of the deal.



Nobody was hurt, I can't believe it didn't take any power lines with it.
